THE INSTALLATION PROCESS
Step 1
MEETING/CONSULTATION
When beginning the process of installing your new irrigation system, one of our professionally trained team members will conduct a meeting at your property to evaluate the condition of the property, conduct a water pressure test, and asses which products are needed in each location.
Step 2
DESIGN/PLAN
After the meeting, we begin by drafting a layout of the system on a pre-existing blueprint of the property or by a geological photo.
From there, we use our notes taken from the site meeting to determine the water source and flow, as well as determining the type of system required based on the landscape layout and plant/turf needs.
Step 3
INSTALLATION
Our trained technicians will then place specific sprinkler heads and drip irrigation as per plan in your garden beds and in turf areas so that all your plants and green spaces get watered evenly and efficiently. Lastly, we adjust the controller with proper timing and adjust the irrigation heads to ensure that the system working efficiently.

What is included in a Spring Opening?
- Water is to be turned on.
- Main line is checked for any leaks.
- Each zone Is turned on and assessed for any leaks, non rotating heads, damaged heads, defective heads as well as nozzle adjustment or replacement.
- Valves will be checked for leaks, malfunctioning valves as well as stuck mechanisms.
- The Controller will be programmed accordingly with the times needed.
What all is included in a Fall Closing?
- Shut off the main water supply to the system. Using a high-pressured air compressor, all mainline, zone lines, valves, and irrigation heads are blown out with high pressured air to remove all water in preparation for winter.
- The computer is turned off and, in some cases, unplugged.

What all is included in a Monthly/ Summer review?
- Check the main line for leaks.
- Check Zone lines for leaks.
- Check for stuck valves or non-functioning valves.
- Check each zone to ensure heads are adequately covering the gardens and turf areas (This includes investigating for damaged or mal functioning heads.)
- Review Zone performance as plants mature.
- Recommend necessary changes to the zone if needed.
- Adjust the watering schedule accordingly.
